How do you decide what carrier or service provider we use?

We do not decide on the service provider, you do. We use our extensive experience and industry knowledge to find the best providers to solve your problem. We eliminate providers that do not meet your needs and then set up meetings for you with the best providers for your situation. After meeting with the provider, we work with you to choose the one you are most comfortable with and provides the best solution. 

 
Who provides on going provider support?

We do in conjunction with your provider. We are always available to put in trouble tickets and insure that tickets get handled expeditiously. This does not preclude you from putting in your own tickets, but provides an additional support level that can escalate and resolve issues, whether service related or billing.

What happens when technology changes over time and how do we keep up to date with the latest technology?

Let’s face it, technology constantly changes. RM Cloud Experts stays up to date with all new and emerging technologies. We provide constant updates to our customers and host provider webinars to make sure that our customers stay up to date.
